1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Connecterz website, mobile applications, ELD devices, and related services ("Services"). By ordering, installing, or using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Services

Connecterz provides electronic logging device (ELD) hardware, software, and fleet-management tools intended to help motor carriers and drivers record Hours of Service and manage fleet operations. Service availability may depend on cellular coverage, device condition, and third-party networks.

3. Compliance responsibility

Our Services are built to support FMCSA regulations, but responsibility for regulatory compliance remains with the motor carrier and driver. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of your logs, keeping required documents in the vehicle, and operating within applicable law.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for the credentials used to access your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Orders, hardware, and payment

Product and subscription pricing is provided on request — contact us for a quote.
Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice.
Hardware found defective on arrival will be replaced; physical damage and misuse are not covered.

6. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Services, including attempting to falsify records, interfere with devices' operation, reverse engineer the software, or use the Services in violation of law.

7. Data

Vehicle and driving data is processed to deliver the Services as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Connecterz is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including fines, penalties, lost profits, or downtime. Our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with notice. We may suspend Services for non-payment or misuse. Sections 8 and 10 survive termination.

10. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
