1. What we collect

Contact details you submit through our website form or when ordering: name, email, phone number, and your message.
Account data: carrier name, driver name, and login credentials for the ELD platform.
Vehicle and driving data generated by ELD devices and the mobile app: location, engine hours, odometer, duty status, and diagnostic events — collected as required for Hours of Service recording under FMCSA rules.

2. How we use it

To provide ELD logging, fleet visibility, and support services.
To respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
To meet regulatory obligations, including making logs available during roadside inspections.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with: (a) enforcement officials when required during inspections or audits; (b) service providers that host our infrastructure; (c) your own motor carrier, for driver accounts created under a fleet.

4. Retention

Hours of Service records are retained for the periods required by FMCSA regulations (at least six months). Contact-form messages are kept as long as needed to handle your inquiry.

5. Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored on access-controlled servers. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

6. Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to regulatory retention requirements) by contacting us.
